More ucmj issues any one who knows regs against it please help?

i came back from school (im in ait) and my trash was all over my floor turns out the sgt threw all my things out and took my unsecured electronics... i know i was wrong but turns out he only checked my room and only took my things... hes been singleing me out i see it as an EO complaint... he could only check my room with probable cause and he told me he had none and he lied and told me he checked other rooms
