Please read and help!?

i have been on zoloft for six years now. up intill the past month i have been fine. within the last month i have had confusion. I dont even have a clue what day it is and i have no time sense i cant decipher words when someone is talking. I have ringing in my ears. The ringing in my ears has always been there , but it has got worse. i have been having memory problems, and strange behavior.I have had absouletl no interest, and feel no emotion. I have been in like a daze. and have feel shaky. i had some blood work done for something unrelated, about 2 months ago, and everything checked out fine. could i be depressed and just not know it ? my parents keep telling me your depressed again, but I feel no emotion at all, and have nothing to be depressed about. i have have physical symptoms. i`m worried that the doctor will think im just depressed, and not run any test, besides bloodwork, and wont check for nerve damage, or other things that can make me feel this way. will the doctor help me?
