What is the most probable soul-origin of a serial killer in the Buddhist paradigm?

Based on Karma, it is possible to evolve into any state.A very evil person may become that way over lifetimes as a choice to follow the dark and not-understandable to humans,side of reality.Does such a person come up from hell?Do they come from absolute void,having no soul?Are they a misguided alien soul of somekind, some type of demonic force that choses human birth?I think they are a type of demon that kicks the human soul out to kill,due to perhaps a very long time of being driven insane in some type of purgatory,or mediatory, perhaps hellish state.I wonder what Padmasambhava or Siddhartha would have to say about it.
