Isn't what the TSA doing with their pat down and invasive x-rays considered an ILLEGAL SEARCH?

They don't have a warrant, we haven't committed any wrong doing...so how is it, they get to SEARCH all of us? That is like being considered guilty and trying to prove we are innocent.
