Bathroom Facet Question.?

I have a separate shower and bathtub. I'm adding a walk in pantry to my kitchen. Part of it will be where the shower is now. I want to put the shower with the bath tub. I don't want to take down the wall to add the shower. Is there by any chance a bathroom faucet that has an attachment on top of it to add one of them flexible spray shower heads?
