Fish had Ich and died, disinfect tank?

We just had a tank of 5 fish and unfortunately they died due to Ich. Before starting again with the tank, should we clear out all the stones, plants etc, get new ones and disinfect the tank, to make sure there is no infection anymore before introducing new fish?
