How to get noticed for College Soccer?

I am in my junior year of high school and would like to play D-1 or D-2 soccer. I played travel for 4 years on an Olympic division team and gave it up. Now I have been focusing on my High School team and have done very well as a center mid-fielder, scoring 13 goals in 16 games and being in the top ten for goal scorers in the county. Now I go to a small school in a weak division but I can say not a single goal i scored was cheap, 10 out of 13 goals came from shots outside the 18. What I am trying to say is that my stats are not inflated from playing on a small school team and in a weak league (compared to large public school), my team actually missed the playoffs. I really want to play at the collegiate level but there is no way I can get noticed with what I am doing now. What are my best options for getting noticed?
