i think your list is pretty good :) perhaps you just need to eat more on a regular basis, like carbs (bread, rice, potatoes, bagels) and it really helps if you like to eat. you can have more variety of fruits (pineapple, watermelon, berries, oranges). and lettuce for sandwiches? but cooking is definitely better than microwaving especially if you want to be healthy takes about 15-20 minutes for a simple meal. but if you don't have time, i guess that's the best you can do. good luck!
