How do I get rid of mold/mildew on white wood painted fence & keep it from returning?

Fence painted 6-8 months ago w/ kilz2 and then with fence & barn paint. Gets 4-6 hrs sunlight. Not under any trees etc. mold/mildew is getting darker as time goes by. Paint was from reliable big box store. Wood was corrall board fencing. from McCoys.
