Walgreens Employees (Scheduling help)?

I have been working for walgreens for a year & a month now. I am very tired of the unfair scheduling. I have already talked to management about it & nothing was really done. but here's tha 411 its the head beauty advisor she works monday-friday no nights or weekends... she doesnt have to put up the truck or ad tags... I got tired of working almost every night & weekend... So I told my manager about it & he said he would fix it 4 me well... he put me at the front register on some mornings that limited me workin in cosmetics. but now i work in photo so it really hasnt bothered me until now b/c they are puttin me in cos & the head photo specialist is working mon-friday with no nights or weekends... Its like 4 other employees (college students) that dont like the schedule b/c all we do is work nights & weekends and we do not have time 2 study after work... I plan on talking to management about it again b/c when i 1st started they said it would be a fair flexible schedule but it hasnt!
