HATE GMAIL. What is the best free e-mail to use that has REAL folders/organizational system?

I'm looking for a good free e-mail system that has real folders, not just stars like g-mail. NO YAHOO either. Suggestions? Preferably where I can get an easily undersatndble e-mail - not like AM_WILL_ 809 for examples. Thanks!
