I just CAN'T get rid of these acne scars? Someone plz help!?

Okay, well I'm 14 and in 9th grade, just puttin that out there. Back in 7th grade and the beginning of 8th, I had some bad acne. Not just bad, more like horrible. I guess my dad saw my suffering, and he bought me this facial cleanser which did actually end up helping. The bad part was that I had a reaction or something to it later on, because a few weeks after I started using it most of the skin on my face became red, itchy and inflamed. So I completely stopped with that one and my mom bought me a different one which was fine for awhile. And now, about two years later I really don't have much acne. Maybe a tiny bit. But someitmes it seems like a lot more because of all these scars! Sure, I got rid of my horrible Jr. high acne, but now i have scars on my cheeks. Sometimes they aren';t that noticeable, but someitmes they just annoy me!And I've pretty much been through a million different cleansers in the past few years, none of them being that great. I'm just really frustrated with this and kind of want to get rid of it. Suggestions?
