Do you think it matters what week we tell?

We were planning on telling our families together that I am pregnant at the same time when I am 13.5 weeks. Now the weekend might change to the week prior, when I will be 12.5 weeks. Do you think it matters which week we tell them? I am worried about miscarrying and also pretty superstitious. Why take chances? :) Thanks for any opinions!
