Windows Explorer need to be closed?

After opening my H:\ partition windows displayed "windows is encounter a problem & it need 2 b closed>>>after clicking don't send on a message is displayed that some numbers(can't remember) is cannot find some memory location OK to terminate & cancel to debug...If I clicked on OK, every thing just disappeared except wallpaper,after few seconds it appeared and the same message showed again & the process continued...It is still continued after restarting my pc manually...
