When is Mental & physical health education going to be updated in the R.O.I, (In relation to Tourist info)?

Exactly. Mental health isn't looked into enough here. I know a woman who does art cles with people in Mountjoy and she says most of the prisoners have obvious problems with their mental health and shouldn't be in prison in the first place! Nothing is done to help people with mental illnesses!
