Slightly High liver count?(help)?

First of all, a "liver count" does not exist. You can have high liver enzymes and a high bilirubin, but not "liver count". Each of these things can mean different things. Fasting before bloodwork for a liver panel, does not matter. Go get the ultrasound and more bloodwork and then see what the dr. says. There is nothing you can do between now and then to "make everything good" -- except perhaps, lay off the alcohol entirely.
