My iqama is not handed over to me after three months,even i know that it is with the sponsor. what woul i do c?

I am an Engineer, came in a visa of an operator. But in my agreement with the sponsor my profession is an Engineer. My problem is that my sponsor is not issuing me my iqama even after three months. My salary is given by bank cheque and i need iqama to en cash this cheque. Other than that in weekly off day to go out to the nearest city i need this iiCam But my sponsor is not giving me my iqama in hand. How can i get my iqama. Is there any legal procedures to get it.Jeddah,KSA
