Could i have Native American ancestry?

I was at the orthodontist today and he randomly asked if i i knew if i was part Native American, because i have teeth that point to native american ancestry. from what i know i don't have any, but i remember something my aunt told me onetime when we where talking that her Great Grandmother, my Great Great Grandmother, had black eyes and pitch black hair until the day she die and that she had never gone grey. Then i also remember looking threw a picture book and seeing a picture of my grandmothers cousin when she was young and the most startling thing about her was that she looked like an inuit. And my mother said that when i was born i looked like an eskimo baby. The strange thing is that i know that this strand of the family is english. Could it be possible to have any native american blood threw an english line? another point that leads me to believe i might is that my younger brother also has pitch black eyes and very thick dark brown hair and both me and him get very dark in the summer.
