easy one, ask, ask , ask! Ask alot of questions about the person your talking to. And most important listen to their answers! If your really desperate, think of someone you want to start a conversation with and write a list of questions you want to ask them, then, when you start the conversation you will have it in the back of your head what you want to ask. The more your "interested" in that person the more that person will open up to you and thus you will feel more comfortable with that person. have fun!
