Will we colonise other planets in our lifetime?

Considering pills that make your life longer will come out soon and perhaps even better ones that increase your lifespan by 250 years later, the people of today might even become immortal through these aging pills. So do you think we will colonise space in our lifetimes? I think it's up to whether or not we survive as a species until then.
