I haven't read the story so can't help with the second two. But I can see that you haven't answered the first part correctly. You should give examples of exaggeration, humour, special punctuation etc, and try to think how this use of language helps to arouse sympathy. All you have done is summarise the story, which isn't what you are asked to do.
