Itching and soreness on inner labia?

This just happened th other day toasted the end of my period. It feels like it could be a nick from me shaving but it's right in between my outer and inner labia on my left side. It's itchy and hurts when I touch it. I've looked Down there with a mirror and couldn't see anything wrong. I've read on a few posts of some other people having similar problems but idk what's up with this. It's vey uncomforTable and I thought it was just chaffing from tampons and stuff but it hasn't gone away yet. I don't want to damage my from itching it constantly. Will it healif it is a nick? And what can help with the healing process?
