Help valuing a recently inherited piano (Broadwood)?

I know this may sound strange, but if you have a large PAWN SHOP near you.. one that handles a LOT of MUSIC INSTRUMENTS.. go talk to them.. some of those people know more about pricing instruments that most insurance appraisers.
