That one website that alot of the Pacquiao fans use, "examiner.com", is it a real boxing source?

I don't know much about the website and from what I seem it's alot like boxingnews24.com where I guess you can say "bloggers" post their opinions on stories, is "examiner.com" really a legit sports news site like SI or even ESPN? I say this because maybe it's just coincidence, but I can't find any positive article on Mayweather and alot of the stories are Pro-Pacquiao, I know every editor or writer (even Rafael) is biased but "examiner" just makes it too damn obvious where it makes them suspect.
